These terms and conditions apply to ALL transactions made on or through this Website. This Agreement is intended to be governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. Shipping/Delivery Policy 

When you place an order for goods from our website or enroll in a trial program, we will typically process, pack and dispatch your order within 3 business days from the clearing of your payment. Debit card or check payments may take longer to process. We will not process your order until payment has cleared in full.

Typically orders are dispatched via express courier and You can expect to receive an email with a tracking number for your package. Most orders arrive 2 to 7 business days after shipment, however, orders sent to addresses in remote locations may take longer than 7 business days to arrive. We may offer to expedite the handling of the goods you purchased for a small fee, but cannot always guarantee a faster delivery.

A signature may be required upon delivery and our couriers may refuse to leave packages unattended, with a minor or without a signature confirming receipt.

We shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments unless explicitly insured by us. In the event your goods are not delivered within the reasonable shipping timeframe applicable to your location, you must notify us in writing via email. We may offer to insure your shipment for a reasonable fee. If you’ve opted to insure your shipment and you have not received your Goods within 21 business days of dispatch, we will send you a replacement order free of charge.

We reserve the right to cancel, terminate and refuse shipment of any order at our discretion. All associated fees and charges will be refunded in full in such an event, as specifically described in our Order Return and General Refund Policies.

We ship worldwide, but cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges arising from levies, taxes, customs tariffs or import duties. It is Your sole responsibility to bear all such additional expenses.

We work to make sure that you will receive your first month’s supply of Idrotherapy within 5 days of placing your order with us. CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you decide that Idrotherapy is not for you, call us at +44 800 069 8498 any time during your 16 day product evaluation period to cancel your order and you will NEVER be billed.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

You can return any product offer within 30 days from the date of order for a full refund of the purchase price less the Shipping and Handling Fee. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. To return the product, you first must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from customer service by calling +44 800 069 8498. Clearly include the RMA number on the outside of the package. All returns must be received with 15 days from the initial call to our customer service department. You are responsible for return shipping. Any shipment that is returned without a RMA number may not be eligible for a refund. Once the product is received and checked by our warehouse, we will issue you the appropriate refund (or cancellation). Please allow up to 15 business days after we receive your returned product for refunds to be reflected on your card statement.

ARBITRATION

All disputes arising out of or relating to this TOS (including its formation, performance or alleged breach) or your use of the Web Site will be exclusively resolved under confidential binding arbitration held in before and in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. NEGATIVE OPTION CLAUSE

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE
GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $99.99 (+ applicable tax or VAT) FOR THE INITIAL TRIAL PACKAGE, AND $99.99 (+ applicable tax or VAT) PER MONTH IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.

Temporary Price Reduction

For your convenience and benefit, Milou, LTD may temporarily reduce the price of your order for promotional purposes, or to ensure that your purchase order transaction is capable of being processed by your credit card company or processor. If Company reduces the price of the Product as described herein, you will be billed at the reduced price until the promotional period ends or Company is assured of payment by your credit card company or its processor, after which time the Product price will be restored to its usual price, without prior notice to you. If your order is processed at the reduced price a new billing cycle will begin from the date of the new payment processing.

CREDIT CARD DESCRIPTOR, BILLING ERRORS

By ordering any products or services from Milou, LTD, you authorize Milou, LTD to charge your credit card accordingly. This authority shall remain in effect until and unless you have canceled future orders of the products as described in this Agreement. If you believe that you have been billed in error, please notify our Customer Service Department at +44 800 069 8498 immediately. If we do not hear from you within 30 days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, the billing will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You are deemed to have released Company from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to Company within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to or use of this Website and/or your subscription to the Product should
we believe that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement or if we believe you have sought, in bad faith, charge backs, credit backs, Product returns, discounts or any other conduct designed to injure, harass or disrupt this Website or the Company’s business operations.
